Equestrian Wellness and Riding

Calvary Wellness, Victoria Bailey, Tennessee, Equestrian Female Physical Therapy 5-1

Equestrian services

Horse-back riding is a physical activity that stresses the body in various ways. While it's tempting to focus solely on the horse's health and conditioning, it's important for equestrians to work toward strength, flexibility, stamina, and overall wellness for their own bodies.

Are you experiencing pain when you ride?

As a PATH certified trainer and equestrian herself, Victoria loves working with riders to help them enjoy riding to the fullest, including tackling issues that may be causing pain.

Victoria offers several riding-exclusive services, including:

  • Private yoga and mounted yoga sessions
  • Wellness coaching to help you reach your equestrian goals
  • Clinics and workshops

She is also experienced in offering:

  • Biomechanical analysis of asymmetries in the saddle
  • Muscle testing and flexibility testing to assess areas that are weak and could be affecting your seat negatively, as well as areas that could lead to future injury
